Balanced diet to a Balanced Life

In today's economy, everything is getting more expensive. The merchants sell less without increasing the price. Like for example, I noticed with ice cream that used to be 1.8 quartz, now it is 1.5 quartz. It is apparent that the economy is going down. But anyway, ice cream is not really good for us. In this present situation we must learn how to eat well and prevent diseases such as cancer. There are cancer fighting foods to eat. A balanced diet is the key to a balanced life. Here are the foods that we should take instead of junk foods:
