Losing weight

My friend has been wondering why she gained 5lbs. after three months she moved to UK. She doesn't really eat big portion of food so I asked her what she has been eating in her new place. The problem about gaining weight primarily depends on how and what you eat. Here are some of the things I learned about healthy eating:

Eat enough calories. Make sure to maintain a balance and take the average recommended daily allowance is 2,000 calories.

Eat fruits and vegetables too not just meat.

Eat moderately

Pay attention to salty and sugary foods.

Take regular physical activity and exercise

That was all I advised her. Let's see if she'd lose weight after a few weeks.
