I just tendered my resignation

I just tendered my resignation today. My boss was not happy at all! He wanted me to stay and would do something about it. But I have already decided not to work for that company anymore. My job is very stressful-- it is a customer service place. I don't like working a customer service arena anymore. I felt bad about seeing my boss that he did not want me to go. He said that I am one of the best workers there.
