Black Friday

Black Friday is the day following Thanksgiving Day here in the U.S. Conventionally, it is the start of the Christmas shopping season. On this day, many retailers open very early, often at 4 a.m., or earlier, and offer promotional sales to start the shopping season. Black Friday is the discount shopping day that follows American Thanksgiving. Black Friday is often promoted with "Christmas Sales" as well as "Thanksgiving Sales."The term Black Friday refers to the term "in the black" meaning making a profit. Happy Black Friday shopping!
