Stress

Stress is part of life. It's one of the inevitable things in life. What is stress? Stress is something that we seem to have become too much. Anything that acts a challenge  to our welfare is a stress.

When stress controls our mental, spiritual and physical well being, absolutely, they are not good. That’s a bad sign!

When we are under stress, some biological issues happen. The blood pressure rises, digestive system cannot function properly, heart and pulse rate rises, muscles becomes tense, lack of interest, sleeplessness, immune system goes weak, rapid breathing and the like.

Like I said, stress is part of life, but we can minimize them. We cannot avoid it, then  you are in denial. Right? Don’t you know that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it? That’s a quote by Charles Swindoll. We cannot control over the things that happens to us. Like for example, there’s a heavy traffic on the freeway. We cannot control over this situation. And that’s only 10% of our life. When you are under stress, bring your senses to the rescue. Slow down and think and decide on how to act clearly.
