The largest aircraft in the world is Antonov An-225. It is a strategic airlift transport aircraft which was built and designed by the Antonov Design Bureau. It is commercially available for flying any over-sized payload due the unique gigantic size of its cargo deck. Though, originally made for the Soviet space program.
